Age, families, and community

Is the festival family‑friendly?

This has been a tough one. This year, we have made the decision to keep the festival aged 14+. Preschool children (4 and under) can also attend for free, however in 2026 we don’t have space to offer an engaging and value-driven programme for our 5-13 year olds. Watch this space though as next year may bring big changes!

Do under‑18s need a responsible adult?

Yes. Under‑18s must attend with a responsible adult. We’ll outline simple ID guidance before the event.

Can I step out to take a child home and return?

Where needed, our team can arrange a parental pass‑out at the gate. Please check in with us before leaving.

Will there be a quiet space?

Programming and experience

When will the schedule be released?

A programme overview and tent maps will be published ahead of time. On the day, signage and volunteers will help you find your flow.

How intense are sessions?

Each class description will give an idea of the level of energy and fitness recommended for the class. We have a wide range of classes, whether you’re looking for something to make you shake or something a little more gentle! Modifications are welcomed; come as you are but please listen to your body and inform your teachers if you have an injury.

What if I don’t like a class?

Sometimes our energy doesn’t match that of the session and thats okay! We encourage you to trust your intuition, just roll up your mat and head on out. We do ask that you be conscious not to disturb those who remain in the session.

Do I need prior experience?

Many sessions are beginner‑friendly, check the timetable and class description for more guidance on this. Teachers will invite you to work at a level that feels steady and kind.
