Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
A clear guide to ticket purchase and attendance at Bristol Yoga Festival. These conditions sit alongside any terms of our official ticketing partner, and venue provider. If there is a conflict, the stricter requirement that protects guests and consumer rights applies.
1) Who we are and scope
“Bristol Yoga Festival”, “we”, “us” means the event organiser.
These Terms govern tickets, admission, and conduct at Nesta Valley Camping, BS40 8SZ, including camping where applicable. Some terms must be read together with our ticketing partner’s terms at point of purchase.
2) Tickets, delivery, and wristbands
Tickets are issued digitally via our ticketing partner. You must present a valid ticket for scanning to enter.
Wristbands are issued on first entry and must be worn for the duration. Damaged or tampered wristbands may be refused.
We may limit ticket quantities per person or household to prevent fraud.
3) Refunds, transfers, and cancellations
Tickets are non‑refundable from us. Transfers or resale may be available via the ticketing partner’s tools where offered; please check their policy and fees.
If the event is cancelled in full, statutory rights and the ticketing partner’s refund policy apply (normally refund of face value via the original seller). If the event is rescheduled, the ticket remains valid or you may request a refund per the agent’s policy.
Part‑cancellation or programme changes do not ordinarily entitle you to a refund. We may vary the bill, schedule, and facilities at any time for safety or operational reasons.
Force Majeure: Where an event outside our control makes delivery impossible or unsafe (for example severe weather, public safety directives), our obligations may be suspended without liability beyond statutory rights.
4) Age policy and re‑admission
14+ event. Under‑18s must attend with a responsible adult who remains on site. Photo ID may be requested.
Day tickets typically have no re‑admission. Weekend with camping allows re‑entry to the campsite and arena per gate times. Please check your pre‑event email for final rules.
5) Admission and conduct
For safety, we may conduct bag searches and refuse or remove any person for unacceptable behaviour, harassment, or breach of these Terms without refund.
Unauthorised trading, branding, drones, and professional recording equipment are not permitted without written consent.
6) Accessibility
We welcome access requests and offer a free companion ticket for eligible guests upon simple evidence. Full details are in our Accessibility Statement. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare with care.
7) Safety, wellbeing, and environment
Follow steward, signage, and radio instructions in any incident or weather hold.
Prohibited items and site rules will be published before the event.
Respect the land: use bins, water points, and pathways. Leave no trace.
8) Photography, filming, and recordings
By entering, you acknowledge that photography and recording may occur for festival documentation and promotional use across media. We strive to capture figures and atmosphere rather than faces and will honour reasonable opt‑out requests where practicable on the day.
Personal photos are welcome. Please be mindful during practices and honour consent. No commercial photography without accreditation.
Data protection: Any imagery that identifies individuals may constitute personal data. We act under legitimate interests and apply proportionate safeguards; guests can contact us to request review or restriction of close‑up identifiable images.
9) Camping and vehicles (where applicable)
Follow the camping and parking instructions, fire lanes, and quiet‑hour guidance. Vehicles on site must be escorted by a banksman at walking pace. Generator, fuel, LPG, and cooking rules will be briefed on arrival.
10) Resale and secondary markets
Only purchase from our official ticket partner. Tickets bought via unauthorised resale may be void without refund.
11) Liability
You attend at your own risk and remain responsible for your health, personal property, and any practice suitability before, during and after the event, even if illness or injury is sustained during the event. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12) Privacy
We process personal data in line with UK data protection law. See our Privacy Notice for how we use your data for ticketing, safety, and festival communications. CCTV or event security footage may be used for safety and crime prevention per law.
13) Complaints
For ticket issues, contact the ticketing partner first. For on‑site concerns, visit Info Point or email after the event. We aim to respond promptly and fairly.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These Terms may be updated. The latest version on our website applies at time of entry.
Bristol Yoga Festival welcomes every sincere seeker. We are committed to creating a respectful, accessible environment that honours each person’s dignity and needs. If something would help you participate more fully, please tell us — we will listen and do our best to support you.
