Katy’s journey into yoga has been a little more unconventional than the typical Western path. She was first introduced to yoga 25 years ago, through the power of breath, practicing breathwork long before learning asana. For Katy, breath is the essence of our existence, supporting us not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too. She believes that many of life’s challenges can be softened simply by pausing and returning to the breath. Through self-awareness and presence, Katy encourages others to reconnect with themselves and move through the world with greater grounding, compassion, and balance.
