Phöebe is a trauma-informed psychologist, yoga teacher, and multidisciplinary artist. With an MSc in Psychology and over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable communities worldwide, Phöebe blends mental health expertise, movement, and creativity to foster emotional healing and holistic wellness. Drawing from her own journey through addiction and eating disorders, she integrates Tantric philosophy, Jungian theory, and Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin yoga to help people reconnect with their bodies and release emotional blockages.

Phöebe has collaborated with NGOs globally, specializing in trauma recovery and empowerment, and was recognized by the Mayor of Melbourne for her work in the 2019 Bushfire Recovery. As an artist, her visual poetry has been featured internationally, and her spoken word piece Restoration was presented to Parliament as part of the UN Women’s Safe Spaces campaign in 2019. She uses creativity to inspire self-discovery and healing. Passionate about social change, her mission is to cultivate experiences of awe through movement, music, and breath, guiding others to reclaim their unique way of moving in their own body.
