Pippa has been practicing yoga for 35 years and teaching movement since 1991 and yoga since 2008. Pippa qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga (500 hrs), has a post-graduate certificate in mindfulness-based approaches from Bangor University and teaches classes across Bristol - including outdoor sessions in Kingswood and Page Park in the summer which bring together 200 people per session.

Her classes are based on classic asana but with an invitational twist, encouraging participants to be curious and to explore movement around a pose and play with balance, stability and functional movement. Pippa weaves in mindful movement to all offerings resulting in sessions where participants feel empowered to practice what suits their own bodies. All sessions incorporate yoga, mindfulness and poetry.
